What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a therapeutic technique that involves inducing a state of focused attention and deep relaxation in an individual. Hypnosis & Imagery allow us to access and  communicate with with subconscious which controls  88% of our total mind power.

We enter and exit states of hypnosis each day during activities like daydreaming and reading. It is a state of altered consciousness where a person becomes more responsive to suggestions and is open to changing their thoughts, perceptions, and behaviors.

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that utilizes hypnosis to facilitate psychological healing and change.

During a hypnotherapy session, I will use hypnosis to guide you to a sate of relaxation and heightened focus in which we will intentionally access your subconscious mind, where we store our memories, beliefs, and emotions that impact our daily patterns.

By creating change in the state of hypnosis, you can reach your goals and learn to live a life of emotional and spiritual freedom.

In hypnosis, you are fully in control and aware of everything that is going on, and in control of everything you say and do.
